Dear Residents,

It has been observed with concern that some residents are parking their vehicles in slots not allotted to them, causing inconvenience to the rightful owners of those parking spaces.

Additionally, guests are often not being guided appropriately regarding designated visitor parking, leading to further disruption and, at times, uncomfortable situations when owners object.

The RWA takes this matter seriously, as such incidents are not only inconvenient but can also lead to unnecessary embarrassment for both guests and residents.

We earnestly request all residents to:

• Park their vehicles strictly in their allotted parking spaces.
• Kindly guide your guests to park in designated visitor parking areas only.

Please note: Any violation of these guidelines will be dealt with strictly. Vehicles found parked in unauthorized areas will be clamped, and a penalty will be levied.
